Afterparty: “Indoctrination: Multivalent Gestures”

To celebrate the opening of the exhibition Indoktrinering: Multivalente Bevegelser, Fotogalleriet invites you to the new Oslo cultural hub and club Trekanten. The line-up of sonic and visual sets is curated by the exhibition curator Dahir Hussein:

NAGAVER, a performative and sonic art project by artist Ilavenil Vasuky Jayapalan. His first LP “OBEY THE KING” on FRØYA RECORDS is a captivating mix of mythical NAGAS, (Tamil film and folk music, and the realities of nation building and warfare).

ANNETTE K, also known as Purpurrpurple, is a prominent figure in the Oslo club scene, and has ten years’ experience of creating irresistible dance floors with her urban and cheeky style.

Resident DJ OHNE opens and closes the evening.

The club night continues the exhibition’s exploration of thematics relating to multiplicity, subcultural worlds, and intracultural roots.

The booker for Trekanten is Trym Grydeland.
